Riverside Training has been in operation since 1996 as a private training provider based in Hereford delivering Apprenticeships in the West Midlands of England. This involves work based NVQs at Levels 2 and 3 in: Business Administration; Customer Service; Management; and Hospitality and Catering.

Broadshoulders was set up to provide a service to European partners who were asking for external evaluation of projects. The company has been involved in such projects since 2000 and still going strong. Through wide experience in evaluation, curriculum design, mentoring and work based learning, we have accrued ideas on how individuals learn and how to get the best out of people.

IFSAT is an international organisation, board members are from different European countries. The goal of the foundation is: education and training support for sustainable rural development.

Het Idee (the Idea) supports people in their personal development, so that their self-confidence, self-esteem and self-respect strengthens and they will be able to develop a new perspective toward themselves and their job opportunities. With coaching and support activities the company aims to optimize people to make use of their personal qualities and motivations, personal strength from which one can work with pleasure. The company takes in people who have been unemployed or otherwise have had problems establishing a career, using the idea that work will lead to work.

The Skjetlein Centre for adult Learning is an economically independent but organizationally integrated part of the Skjetlein Secondary School of Agruculture providing formal and informal adult education. The centre has participated in several regional, national and Scandinavian projects for promotion of lifelong learning, supporting education and training to sustainable rural development and projects for exchanging and sharing of methodology and external pedagogical resources, education development and training assessment.
